Welcome to Briny Surf! By booking a lesson, package, or service with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a booking.

1. Booking & Payment

• All lessons and packages must be booked in advance through our website, Instagram DM, or WhatsApp.
  
  

• Full payment is required to confirm your booking.
  
  

• Prices are listed in IDR local currency and may be subject to change without prior notice.
  
  

2. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled lesson will receive a full refund.
  
  

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the lesson are non-refundable.
  
  

• In the event of unsafe weather or ocean conditions, we may reschedule your lesson at no extra cost, or provide a refund.
  
  

3. Safety & Responsibility

• Surfing is a water sport with inherent risks. By booking with Briny Surf, you acknowledge and accept these risks.
  
  

• All participants must follow the instructions of our instructors at all times.
  
  

• Briny Surf is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or loss of personal belongings during lessons or related activities.
  
  

• We recommend that all participants have their own travel and health insurance that covers water sports.
  
  

4. Age & Fitness

• Participants must be in good physical condition to join surf lessons.
  
  

• Children under 12 years old must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
  
  

• Please inform us in advance of any medical conditions, allergies, or injuries that may affect your participation.
  
  

5. Equipment

• Surfboards, leashes, and rash guards are included in the lesson price (unless stated otherwise).
  
  

• Participants are responsible for taking reasonable care of the equipment provided.
  
  

• Any equipment damage due to negligence may result in repair or replacement costs.
  
  

6. Photos & Media

• During lessons, photos or videos may be taken by our team for promotional purposes.
  
  

• By joining our lessons, you consent to the use of these images on our website and social media.
  
  

• If you prefer not to appear in photos or videos, please let us know in advance.
  
  

7. Governing Law

• These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Indonesia.
  
  

• Any disputes arising will be handled in accordance with Indonesian law.
